We are a doula* collective group model that is client-centered, equity-driven, and doula-sustaining. This structure fosters both community care and professional resilience through:

Broader Skill Set & Specialties:
Our diverse backgrounds, languages, lived experiences, and specialized training (e.g., lactation, trauma-informed care, childbirth education), enrich the quality and scope of your support.
Stronger Support Network:
Clients will have access to a wide range of resources, group classes, and community-based offerings (like prenatal groups, postpartum circles, and/or lactation support), fostering connection and reducing isolation.
Shared Availability & Continuity of Care:
Life happens! Clients benefit from a shared on-call schedule, and our team ensures a smoother experience if a doula is ill or has a personal emergency—without compromising the quality or continuity of care.

Because of this group model and our ability to take some insurances (including Kaiser, Carrot, Maven & **Medi-Cal), we and the families we’re committed to receive sustainability within this deep and beautiful work we hold so sacred.

We do this work from a desire to nourish community connection, as it is vital to the well-being of us all.

As mothers, our initiations into parenthood changed each of us on cellular and soulful levels, inspiring us to pour into others during their unique perinatal experiences.

With our collective 60+ years as perinatal providers and doulas, we are more resourced together, and therefore able to offer our clients, community and networks more thoughtful holding and true continuity of care.

A monthly gathering for pregnant people at any stage to connect, share, and build community. With gentle guidance from our birthworker doula team and plenty of snacks and support. First Thursday evening of the month at East Bay Birth Collective, 530-730p.

This 5-week pregnancy cohort offers a supportive space for connection, reflection, and real conversation during a time of profound change. We’ll explore your journey to parenthood—from mental health, boundaries and self-care to birth, postpartum, and beyond
